How many users can I have and how much do I have to pay per user on my team?

Does the CRM do Bulk SMS?
Yes! You have the option to do single, manual texts or send out a bulk request where all of your texts are sent out at once.
Is there a limit on how many texts I can send out per day?
No, there is no limit but we ask that you try and stay below 200 first time texts per day per number. For example, if you are going to send out 400 texts, we ask that you use two separate numbers to not get your phone number flagged as spam. You are able to buy as many phone numbers as you’d like.
Can I integrate my Google Calendar?
Absolutely! You can integrate it so that it shows up within the platform as well as add additional reservation calendars that are synced to your calendar so that you can automate the process of setting up meetings. (ex. No need to use Calendly anymore, we can do what they do!) as well as set up automatic text, email, and RVM reminders to that client.
What kind of training is available?
We have 60+ videos that will train you to give you every answer to every question you have. They are A to Z, everything inside the platform! There are even “Advanced Trainings” for sections like Workflow Automation, Email Builder, and Websites/Funnels!”
Can you just build what I want for me?
Absolutely, we offer premium, one on one support as well so that we can make your ideas come to life. If you aren’t the type of person who wants to build or even has time to build a website or automation, then we can do it for you! Premium support is a paid service.
Does this app integrate with Zapier?
Yes, we do integrate with Zapier which virtually gives you unlimited options when connecting with any existing technology you are currently using.
Can this CRM record my calls or do I need to use an external app to do so?
Yes, we can record your calls so long as you make those calls through our app or platform.
